<p class="abstrak">Gold nanoparticle (AuNP) is a material commonly used in colorimetric detection for biological sensors due to its low production cost, simplicity, and ease use. AuNP known generate different colors depending on the particle aggregation level. In last two decades, changes status have become basis developing sensor detect analytes sample. The solution color could be observed without sophisticated equipment, allowing ,more straightforward interpretation of result. This review focuses aggregation-based tests detecting various analytes. It discusses multiple mechanisms, strategies, functionalization, latest research, perspectives use detection, which considered future biosensor development. concept colloidal gold stabilization emphasized this review. </p>
